The Biz 1500 headset is an entry level, low cost headset built for efficiency and cost driven call and contact centers to provide a professional customer experience by reducing background noise through Jabra’s leading noise cancellation technology. Comfortable for all day use with foam ear cushions that lead heat away from the ears.
The Link 260 is a plug-and-play USB adapter so that you can use your Jabra desk phone headset together with your softphone. Convenient in-line control buttons let you enjoy quick, optimized use of your softphone. At the press of a button you can answer/end calls, put calls on hold, adjust volume and mute the microphone.
All of the buttons can be programmed from the computer to perform user-defined tasks such as “Call on hold,” “Reject incoming call,” “Redial last number” and/or “Dial voice mail” – or to comply with commands in future softphones.
