Jabra In-warranty Repair Service

In the United States, to receive Jabra In-Warranty repair service, please call 1-800-327-2230, Monday – Friday 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Jabra’s US service department will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Please have the following information available prior to your call to Jabra.

1. A copy of your purchase receipt indicating the model number, date of purchase, and serial number listed on the warranty
    product.

2. Your return address.

3. Reason for return.

During the Warranty Period, shipping charges for return to you will be paid by GN US, Inc. for a unit requiring any repair covered by the Warranty. Return shipping will be charged to the customer during the Warranty Period for a unit requiring no Warranty repair. These shipping charges will be prepaid by GN US, Inc. and billed to the customer. Damage incurred during shipment is deemed the responsibility of the carrier, and any claim should be made directly to such carrier.
