Purchasing
Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through Avcommsolutions.com
or by contacting Avcomm Solutions at 866-998-9991. Online purchases from this website may be
made by individuals and organizations in the U.S., for delivery to clients in the Mainland U.S.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other
locations at this time.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products
we supply, supply only part of an order, or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter
the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. We will inform you if we are unable
to fill your order.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the Avcomm Solutions, Inc. website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to
ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price
of the product you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price
or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery,
provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
Payment
Avcomm Solutions, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Terms of Payment for Pre-approved Account only
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details,
received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit
card will only be charged at the time your order ships.
Sales Tax
Avcomm Solutions, Inc. charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and will be added to the total amount due.
Shipping and Delivery
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two
business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method
(i.e. UPS next day, second-day, third-day, or ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays, dependent upon UPS delivery schedules. Avcomm Solutions, Inc. cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Shipping Methods and Fees
All purchases are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs for UPS Shipments are billed at UPS Shipping Rates.
Purchases may be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Services. Shipping costs for USPS
Shipments are billed at USPS Shipping Rates, plus a $10 Handling Fee.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to
track the status of your shipment at www.ups.com.
Returns
Avcomm Solutions, Inc. will accept product returns for a full refund (less cost of shipping), if product is
received by Avcomm Solutions within 30 days from date of shipment, if the following requirements are met:
- Product is undamaged and no signs of use exist on the product.
- Product is returned in the original undamaged packaging.
- Product documentation is undamaged and included in the packaging.
- An RMA is obtained from Avcomm Solutions, Inc. prior to return of product. Please call 866-998-9991 to obtain an RMA number.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Avcomm Solutions, Inc.īs sole discretion.
Changes / Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to sales@avcommsolutions.com.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises, the purchase cannot be
cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return
your purchase once you have received it.
